Folks!

As Christians, we know that God will protect us. You shouldn’t fear bad news or tragedy. Instead, your heart will be guarded by the Lord! God’s Word is very clear…

“…A righteous man will be remembered forever. He will have no fear of bad news; his heart is steadfast, trusting in the LORD. His heart is secure, he will have no fear; in the end he will look in triumph on his foes.” – Psalm 112:6-8

The common statement that believers make: ‘I did not get a certain opportunity because it wasn’t in God’s will or timing.” Though this might be true in some cases, at times we give ourselves and others false encouragement. Be it a job or business opportunity, education, an award or other good things that God brings our way, at times we let the blessing slip from our hands just because we are not prepared or fit enough to do it. Yet if we were disciplined enough to upgrade our skills, we just might have won the opportunity granted to us…   http://www.mydailychoice.com/biomax Therefore…

“Be a brave warrior, ready for battle and ready to handle the shield and spear.”
– 1 Chronicles 12:8

What is that you have in your hand? The Lord asked Moses. Now ask yourself what is it you have in your hand that the Lord can use? So often we look without rather than within us. We sit down to compare our weakness with the strengths of others.

Stop making excuses, stop excepting certain situation to change so you can start pursuing your dream. Stop waiting for a certain group of people to accommodate you so you can preach the love of Christ to them. Stop waiting to have more so you can give more. What you have in your hands is enough to take you to the next level. If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it. Consider “Operation Exodus”…

“Moses answered, “What if they do not believe me or listen to me and say, ‘The LORD did not appear to you’?” Then the LORD said to him, “What is that in your hand?” “A staff,” he replied.” Exodus 4:1-2

Faith is a belief, a foundation on which our hope is built on. To serve God you have to believe that He is, He exists though no one have ever laid eyes on Him. It is that belief that the things God has spoken will in deed come to pass. That confidence gives birth to trust to walk in the way that God directs us to walk in and to believe His word or that even the bible is His word. To walk in that trust is faith in action…

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” – Hebrews 11:1

It is a God-given privilege to be a member of the great family of the redeemed, members of the church of the firstborn. We must perform these special functions that God has given us to do, no matter what we go through…

“For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. ” – 2 Corinthians 4:17

How often should you and I read the Bible? To answer that question let’s ask ourselves another, how often do we eat? The Bible is food for the spirit and just like the physical food gives nourishment and strength to the natural body, the word gives nourishment to the spirit. You and I should be obsessed with this Book of the Law, that we will read and meditate on it day and night and where we miss out, we will be quick to refer to it for answers, hence, like Joshua…

“Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.” – Joshua 1:8
